Testing

WE do this. Take our VO3 Submax Test or one of our other cycling based Fitness Tests to measure the results of your training. VO3 is a “Submax” test, meaning that it is a much “gentler” test to take compared to the VO2 Max test. 

Tracking Results

Take the VO3 Test on a regular basis to quantify your Fitness improvement. “Quantifiable” performance testing turns “I feel stronger,” into “my Fit Score improved 10% this month.”
